I was riding home from a girls’ weekend with a group of inquisitive, reenergized moms. Somehow our conversation focused on, “Have you had the sex talk with your kids yet?”

Today's culture is filled with sexual identity confusion, ubiquitous pornography, and the dissociation of sex from relationships. A healthy sexual identity requires more than just a list of what not to do.

The music we listen to, the movies we watch—they're all telling us to keep chasing love, and that we'll finally be happy when we find it. But is love really all we need?

We do not live in a modest age, and some say that’s a good thing. Talk of modesty is outmoded, old-fashioned, perhaps anti-woman, shaming, and above all LAME.
